Fahem General Trading PLC is a premier dual-sector supplier specializing in critical agricultural and veterinary inputs. We import and distribute high-quality Veterinary Medicines, Herbicides (Weed Control), and Coffee Processing Mesh.
We are seeking a versatile, highly driven leader to spearhead sales growth and marketing strategies across these vital agricultural divisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Strategic Multitasking: Manage concurrent sales cycles and marketing campaigns for both the veterinary/chemical sector and agricultural processing equipment.
• Adaptive Branding: Shift communication styles fluidly between veterinary professionals, commercial farmers, and coffee processors.
• B2B Lead Generation: Identify and convert business opportunities by visiting commercial farms, veterinary clinics, agricultural cooperatives, and coffee washing stations.
• Field Campaign Execution: Organize and lead field demonstrations, product awareness workshops, and community-level agricultural trade shows.
• Market Agility: Monitor competitor pricing, identify shifting agricultural seasons, and adjust sales strategies in real time based on market data.
• Team Coordination: Support field sales representatives to ensure marketing materials match the practical, ground-level realities of Ethiopian agriculture.

Job Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
Experience:
3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing. Experience within agricultural inputs, pharmaceuticals, or industrial manufacturing portfolios is highly preferred. Experience in a similar line of work is preferred.
Mindset:
Highly flexible, resourceful, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, multi-product commercial environment.
