Minda Business Group invites qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following positions. Successful candidates will contribute to the company's coffee quality operations, vehicle and spare-parts sales, and office administration.

Employment Type: Full-Time, except where otherwise specified
Location: Addis Ababa and other operational locations, as required
Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience

Senior Q Grader

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sensory evaluation and cupping activities to assess coffee quality, cup profile, and consistency.

• Evaluate coffee samples from sourcing, procurement, warehouse, and preparation activities.

• Assess cup characteristics, defects, moisture, and other relevant quality parameters.

• Apply consistent grading and sensory evaluation procedures in line with applicable standards.

• Provide quality assessment findings and recommendations to support procurement and operational decisions.

• Guide quality personnel in cupping, grading, sample preparation, and laboratory procedures.

• Maintain accurate quality assessment records and communicate findings to relevant teams.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant educational qualification.

• Recognized Q Grader certification relevant to the coffee handled by the company.

• Strong practical experience in coffee grading, sensory evaluation, cupping, and quality assessment.

• Good knowledge of coffee defects, quality standards, and sample evaluation procedures.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
