Minimum 5 years of professional sales working experience.
Candidates with sales team management experience are preferred, and relevant experience in furniture, whole-house customization, building materials or manufacturing sales is prioritized.

Responsible for market development, customer acquisition and maintenance in Addis Ababa and surrounding areas of Ethiopia,
Promote furniture and whole-house customization products, develop new business opportunities, and achieve regional sales targets.

Manage the full sales process, including customer demand communication, and after-sales coordination, while providing timely feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and regional business challenges.
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships and expand new business opportunities.
Handle business communication and daily coordination with customers and external partners.
Achieve regional sales targets and provide timely solutions to business and customer issues.

Fluent in English
Capable of full-process business communication, customer negotiation, contract docking and daily foreign affairs communication independently.
Proficient in office software, able to independently complete data statistics, customer file management, sales data analysis and business document sorting.
Possess excellent business negotiation skills, communication skills and market insight with strong stress resistance.
Able to develop overseas markets independently and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure steady business growth.
