Position: Tour Operator / Operations Officer Vacancy

Great Wall Africa Tour (GWAT) is inviting qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the position of Tour Operator / Operations Officer.

Job Requirements

Preferred Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in tour operations

• Degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field

Skills

• Excellent English communication skills

• Chinese language ability is a major advantage

• Experience handling Chinese tourist groups is highly preferred

• Good knowledge of Ethiopian tourism destinations

• Strong Excel, quotation, costing, and budgeting skills

• Experience negotiating with hotels and transportation providers

• Ability to coordinate groups of 20–50+ passengers

• Strong communication and coordination skills with guides, drivers, hotels, and other suppliers

• Flexible and available to support weekend and holiday operations when required

Location: Addis Ababa, bole medhanialem church area
