Job Description

Job Purpose:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain utility/facility equipment according to safety, productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the company’s business goals and objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct periodic debriefing to machine operators about the proper use and light maintenance of utility equipment
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of utility equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service whenever necessary
Refer to equipment manuals and standard operating procedures to perform required maintenance and service.
Diagnose technical problems, replace, or repair parts, test and adjust
Perform regular preventive maintenance on utility equipment, and plant facilities as per pre-set schedules
Collaborate with other mechanics and electricians during the installation, refurbishment, and periodic preventive maintenance of production machinery
Keep records/Maintain Activity logs
Follow up and report to immediate supervises for supply of maintenance tools and materials
Operate production machines whenever necessary following immediate supervisor’s order
React timely to maintenance requests
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
Maintain Food safety policy and GMP in the assigned area.
Implementing and respecting all tasks in compliance with standards and respecting all the set parameters by the system.
Keeping records and documentations in compliance with the standards.
Perform any other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
