LonAdd HR Consultancy Plc (www.lonadd.com) is a Recruitment & Outsourcing Company based in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia, with branch offices in Dukem and Hawassa. We are looking to recruit Wholesale Manager to join on Behalf of our Client.
Job Purpose
The Wholesale Manager will be responsible for driving wholesale business growth, managing key distributor and retail relationships, expanding market presence, and ensuring achievement of sales and revenue targets across Ethiopia. The role will focus on developing wholesale strategies, monitoring market trends, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence within the wholesale channel.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Develop and implement wholesale sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and wholesale partners across Ethiopia.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer demand to identify growth opportunities.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with wholesale partners.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Manage and grow relationships with existing wholesale accounts.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis.
Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability.
Supervise and support sales representatives and field teams where applicable.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Job Requirements
Key Skills/Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in wholesale sales, distribution, or commercial management.
Experience working within the Ethiopian market is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of wholesale operations, distributor management, and market expansion.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales reporting tools.
