Summary

We are looking for a proactive Senior Finance Officer to oversee financial operations critical to our restaurant’s success. This role will manage accounts payable, inventory costing, revenue reporting, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will drive cost-control initiatives and support strategic financial decisions to enhance profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable for suppliers (food, beverage, equipment).    Oversee daily revenue reconciliation (POS systems, cash handling).
• Track inventory costs, waste, and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold).
• Prepare  financial  reports  (P&L,  budgets,  variance  analysis)  specific  to  F&B operations.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, sales tax) and restaurant policies.    Optimize cash flow management and payroll processing for hourly staff.
• Collaborate with kitchen/operations teams on inventory audits and cost control.

Requirements

• BA/BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in finance roles, preferably in restaurants/hospitality.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and POS systems (e.g., Toast, Square).
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, cost modeling).
• Experience with inventory management and COGS analysis.
• Excellent English communication skills (for vendor/team coordination).   
• Ability to start immediately in an onsite role.
