We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, compliance with regulatory standards, and support for strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning initiatives.
• Perform reconciliations, including bank, intercompany, and balance sheet accounts.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and resolving audit queries.
• Manage and mentor junior accounting staff, ensuring high performance and professional development.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial operations and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software 
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards, tax laws, and financial reporting regulations.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
