Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead and grow our corporate sales segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing B2B sales strategies, managing key corporate accounts, and meeting revenue targets by promoting our products/services to large organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients to generate new business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Present and promote company products/services to corporate customers through meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to design tailored solutions for clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements that maximize profits.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance visibility and growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives.
- Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in \[industry, e.g., telecom, IT solutions, FMCG, etc.].
- Existing corporate client network is a plus.
- Leadership experience or ability to lead a sales team in the future.
