Job Summary: The Senior Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth. This role involves overseeing customer relationship management processes, resolving complex customer issues, analyzing customer feedback, and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and client engagement. The SCRO also collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align customer needs with business objectives and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

Key Responsibilities:

Targets and establishes development partners & institutions, identifies their needs and establishes business relationships.
Develop networks and undertake proactive marketing/selling activities to recruit new clients to the Bank.
Collecting and verifying loan processing documents/information, as well as conducting business visits and performing due diligence.
Collecting credit information about the applicant and paying customer visits and his/her business.
Securing legal opinion and preparing financing and security contracts, and other related contracts
Make register collaterals and ensure the customer has purchased appropriate insurance policies
Disburse approved finance and ensure the end use of the finance

M.A/B. A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business-related fields.
with 2/4 years of banking experience, of which 2 years as a Branch banking officer
