Reporting directly to the COO, the Director leads ACP’s M&A team to identify high-impact opportunities that expand the firm’s portfolio, strengthen its market position, and align with the company’s long-term investment strategy. The incumbent must demonstrate strong financial acumen, strategic foresight, and negotiation expertise to ensure that all deals deliver sustainable value creation and risk-managed returns. This role collaborates closely with the Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Research divisions, presenting recommendations to executive leadership and the Board for approval.

  • Monitor acquired entities’ performance and recommend optimization or exit strategies as needed.

  • Collaborate with Finance and Strategy teams to measure ROI and performance of the acquisition portfolio.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop the M&A Associate and Analyst teams to ensure analytical excellence and deal execution readiness.

  • Foster a culture of professionalism, rigor, and innovation within the M&A division.
