Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to manage the purchasing process, oversee inventory, and ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement of daily and office supplies.
• Conduct market research to identify pricing trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure cost control while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and applicable regulations.
• Manage supplier contracts and oversee the payment process.
• Monitor and report on fuel consumption and mileage tracking for company vehicles.
• Oversee and manage store inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 year of procurement-related experience.

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
          Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
          Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Age: Must be under 30 years old.
