Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
Lead and inspire sales and marketing teams to surpass revenue targets
Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with customers and distributors.
Oversee product promotions, branding, and market positioning.
Domestic and international procurement with proper forecast analysis and ability to fully navigate Letter of Credit purchases from start to end and fully understand customs process.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our approach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food or FMCG sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Familiarity with market research and data analysis.
