Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office & Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure a smooth administrative workflow.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level daily support, including managing files, preparing reports, and maintaining office documentation.
  • Communication: Handle basic marketing and communication tasks; serve as a point of contact for partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Facility Management: Maintain stock of office equipment & stationery and ensure equipment requirements are met. 
  • Standardization: Ensure all documents adhere to company branding and regulatory formatting standards. Manage office printing hardware and ensure a steady supply of specialized stationery, inks, and binding materials.
  • Document Control: Manage and maintain the documentation system across all departments.
  • Secure Printing: Manage the printing of controlled documents.
  • Logistics & Travel: Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, transportation, and organizing logistics for internal and external meetings.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the organization of team activities, internal meetings, and corporate events.

Requirements:

  • Education: BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, leadership or related field of study
  • Experience: 2 year and above relevant experience.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Amharic (written and verbal).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Soft Skills: Strong team spirit, excellent communication skills, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
