Vantage is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Supervisor to lead and manage our call center operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and experience in customer service environments within the aviation or travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day call center operations to ensure high-quality customer service
Lead, train, and supervise call center agents and supervisors
Monitor performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs, call quality, productivity) and implement improvements
Develop and enforce call center policies, procedures, and service standards
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
Coordinate with other departments to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
Prepare regular performance reports for management

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in call center or customer service management
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Aviation Industry including Airlines & travel agencies or airline contact centers
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skill
Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance
Proficiency in call center systems, CRM tools, and MS Office is a plus.
