Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance with company standards and food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all F&B outlets (restaurant, bar, banquet, room service, etc.)
• Plan menus in collaboration with chefs and ensure quality standards
• Control food & beverage costs, inventory, and wastage
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate F&B staff
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and operational reports
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high service standards
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, with 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven experience in cost control and inventory management
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Proficiency in English is advantageous
