Job Title; Operational Manager 

About the Role: 
Bunna more trading plc is seeking an experienced and organized Operations Manager to oversee daily café operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff performance, and maintain high operational standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving efficiency, controlling costs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Supervise, train, and schedule staff

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints

• Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination

• Control operational costs and reduce waste

• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards

• Prepare operational reports and support management decisions

• Maintain a positive and productive work environment

Requirements

• BA in Hotel management, Hotel operation level 5

• A minimum of 3 years proven experience as an operations Manager role in café or hospitality.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of café operations, food safety, and customer service

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

• Basic computer and reporting skills.
