Three Y Flexible Packaging Plc is a flexible packaging factory, has established in September 25, 2004 E.C located at Nifas Silk lafto behind Kadisco building, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Thus, Three Y Flexible Packaging Plc would like to hire qualified & energetic applicant for the following vacant post

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets set by the management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Generate and analyze sales reports to inform strategic decision- making.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
• Track and process customer orders efficiently from quotation to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit relevant data for analysis and forecasting.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, Follow up with customers for repeat business and feedback.
• Any additional assignment assigned by your manager or supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Three (3) years relevant experience in sales preferably in the manufacturing sector
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Self-motivated, proactive and goal driven
