Ethiopian Women with Disabilities National Association (EWDNA) is a legally registered, local non-governmental, non-profit, and non-partisan organization established in 2002 with the initiation and struggle of 7 women with disabilities and one non-disabled woman re-registered as per the new Proclamation 1113/2019 with registration number 0444.
Currently, EWDNA is addressing Malnutrition and Gender Based Violence (GBV) in Crisis-Affected Miziga Woreda of Benishangul Gumuz Regional States.
In line with its mission, EWDNA, with a financial support from Ethiopian Humanitarian fund (EHF) wants to construct a women and girls-friendly space at Mezhiga Woreda Soga town.
Therefore, EWDNA requested interested contractors to submit their company profile that contains at least the following mandatory documents and their financial offer for the above-mentioned work as per the below-listed BOQ. The organization will strictly evaluate based on at least, but not limited to, the following evaluation criteria during the selection of the next step. An award will be given to the winner for the total price of the entire work.

Firms’ experience as a primary contractor for the past four years,
Proposed key personnel- meets GC 5 and BC 4 requirements.
Cumulative volume of work for the past 3 years is at least 4,000,000 ETB.
Experience as a primary contractor for the past years, especially in emergency response projects, and successfully accomplished is considered advantageous.

3.Bid Requirement

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Directives of the Organization and other Relevant Laws of the Country, and is open to all eligible bidders.
Bidders shall present a copy of a renewed Trade license, Certificate of registration, Tax Clearance certification, VAT Registration Certificate, and TIN Registration Certificate as part of the technical proposal.
The bid document submission must be accompanied by a Bid Bond Amount of 5% of the total amount in the form of an Unconditional Cashier’s Payment Order (C.P.O)
Bidders should indicate whether the price includes or excludes VAT.
Bid should be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes, Financial and Technical proposals, addressed to ASDEPO Assosa coordination office.
The envelopes should clearly indicate the Invitation to bid reference number Ref. “EWDNA/5/ 2026”
Bid document must be submitted at ASDEPO coordination office at Assosa on or before January 14, 2026, 10:00 AM (Morning) located around final destination of Gebereal Bajaji FA/SHANGUL Building first floo
Bid opening will be on January 14, 2026, at 3:30 PM (afternoon) with the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who want to attend.
Winners shall commence the work within one week after the Award letter (Contract agreement) is received.

4.Additional requirement
