International Medical Corps is an international Humanitarian and development organization working in Ethiopia. The Organization is seeking consulting firms that can provide the following Services.

1. Assessing the Feasibility of Financial Subsidy for Health Facilities' Support in the Northwest and Central Tigray, (Zone 1- Setit Humera, Wolkite, Tsegede, and Kafta Humera) and (Zone 2- Maitsebri)

2. Assessing the Feasibility of Financial Subsidy for Health Facilities' Support in the North Gonder, (Amhara Region)

Thus, International Medical Corps issued this invitation to tender to invite all eligible and potential vendors to take part in this quotation bid. 

Tender Document Collection and Submission Conditions

1. Only eligible vendors or representatives shall collect detailed Terms of Reference with a Request for quotation from the International Medical Corps head office starting from January 9, 2026, till January 13, 2026: working hours, morning from 08:30 AM to 12:30 PM, and afternoon from 1:30 PM to 04:00 PM. 

2. Bidders should bring a copy of the Company’s License while collecting bid documents.

3. Tender documents must be submitted to the International Medical Corps head office on January 19, 2026, during working hours, morning from 10:00 AM till 12:30 PM, and in the afternoon from 2:00 PM to 04:00 PM. After registration and signing are made on the logbook in the Addis Ababa office. 

4. The tender will open by January 20, 2026,at 10:00 AM.

5. IMC shall not have accepted the tender document before or after the closing date and time.

6. International Medical Corps is in no way responsible for the cost of preparation of the quotation response.

7. International Medical Corps reserves the right to reject the bid partially or fully for any reason.

Essential requirements 

• Valid 2018 E.C. business license, TIN, and VAT registration certificate copy. 

• Must clearly state the physical address of their company offices, including telephone number and contact person for further verification by IMC.

• Bidders should submit signed and sealed Tender Documents, including IMC’s Request for Quotation template.

• Prices must be quoted in ETB.
