We are seeking a qualified and experienced Tender Officer to manage and coordinate all tendering and bidding activities. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of proven experience in handling tenders, contracts, and bid submissions. This role requires strong attention to detail, compliance knowledge, and the ability to work under strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and review tender opportunities from various sources
• Prepare, compile, and submit tenders, bids, and proposals on time
• Ensure all tender documents comply with client and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments for technical, financial, and legal inputs
• Maintain a tender calendar and track submission deadlines
• Prepare cost estimates, pricing, and supporting documentation
• Manage pre-qualification and vendor registration processes
• Handle tender clarifications, amendments, and negotiations
• Maintain records of submitted tenders and outcomes
• Analyze tender results and provide reports to management

Job Requirements (Mandatory)

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Tender Officer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of tendering procedures and procurement regulations
• Experience in preparing technical and commercial bids
• Excellent documentation, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field
• Experience in logistics, or industrial sectors
• Familiarity with government and private sector tenders
