Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure a positive customer experience;
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards;
• Handle customer feedback and complaints to improve satisfaction.
• Manage schedules, track employee hours, and handle payroll data.
• Ordering supplies and controlling operational costs; 
• Supervising shift operations;
• Training and supervising staff.
• Planning menus.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.
• Promoting and marketing the business.
• Taking reservations.
• Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports.
• Keeping statistical and financial records.
• Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives.
• Prepare induction and onboarding plan and documentation for new hires
• Maintain proper communication between management and employee

Educational Background: -

            Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.

Experience : - 5 years of experience in restaurant management

Skills: -

• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Effective communication and sociability
