AID-Ethiopia, a nonprofit civil society organization registered on June 23, 2023, under registration number 6938 with the Authority for Civil Society Organizations, hereby invites qualified audit firms licensed by the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE) to conduct its annual external audit for the fiscal year January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

Eligibility Requirements

Bidders must provide the following documents in their submission:

• Company profile
• Renewed trade license for 2018 E.C.
• VAT registration and TIN certificate
• Renewed Certificate of Competency issued by AABE
• Proposed audit fee (inclusive of VAT)
• Proposed timeframe for audit completion
• Relevant experience (experience auditing IPSAS accrual-based financial statements is an added advantage)

• The audit client organization, AID-Ethiopia, is based in Debre Birhan City.
• Bids must be submitted in person in a sealed envelope within seven (7) working days from the date of announcement in the Reporter newspaper.
