Guarantor Requirement: Selected candidates must be able to provide a sufficient guarantor according to company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, lease, or dispose of vehicles.

• Oversee maintenance schedules, repairs, inspections, and servicing.

• Track vehicle performance, location, and utilization.

• Manage fuel programs and reduce fuel costs.

• Hire, train, and supervise drivers.

• Monitor driver behavior and safety scores.

• Address infractions and promote safe driving practices.

• Maintain accurate inspection, insurance, and registration records.

• Ensure vehicles operate within legal and regulatory requirements.

• Manage insurance policies and claim

• Track KPIs such as fuel consumption, maintenance costs

• Prepare budgets and financial reports for leadership.

• Use data analytics and telematics to optimize fleet performance.

• Implement fleet management software, telematics, and automation tools.

• Use real‑time data to improve uptime, reduce risk, and streamline operations.

• Operational and logistics expertise

• Knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance

• Regulatory and compliance knowledge

• Data analysis and reporting

• Budgeting and vendor negotiation

• Leadership and communication skills 

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or Masters   : Transportation Management, Fleet Operations, or Automotive Engineering is often preferred.

Experience

• 8- 10+ years of experience in the sector
