Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hotel and Tourism Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7–9 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a Food & Beverage supervisory/management role in a three-star hotel or a similar hospitality establishment.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Good knowledge of different types of food and beverages.

• Strong planning, monitoring, coordination, and supervisory skills.

• Ability to effectively lead and manage teams.

• Good command of the English language.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-confidence and professionalism.

• Cost-conscious and able to manage resources efficiently.

• Excellent time-management skills.

• Strong attention to safety and compliance with safety procedures.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and solve operational challenges.
