Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate of two years or more from a recognized college in Hotel Operations, Hotel Management, Tourism Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience; OR

• Level I TVET qualification in a relevant field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; OR

• Level II TVET qualification in a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to prepare basic reports and maintain service-related records.

• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Good leadership and team coordination skills.
