Major duties and responsibilities:

The job holder is responsible for initiating, developing and executing the company's overall marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive sales, lead and motivate the marketing team, conduct market research, and analyzing and interpreting campaign performance

Specific duties and responsibilities:

• Identify and define strategies that help increase customers and generate more revenue for the company.
• Analyze market trends and opportunities, and respond to competitors move 
• Identify potential customers, develop marketing program, and nurturing client relationships to achieve sales targets.
• Identify, define and implement sales promotion tools/methods
• Increase sales coverage and market base so as to improve the sales volume of the company 
• Conduct market research and analysis to help define target markets, to identify trends, opportunities and threats 
• Communicate customers to get feedback on the product delivery, pricing, product quality and any other related issues so as to take corrective action timely
• Conduct root cause analysis and take corrective action to address customers’ complaint. 
• Follow up and make sure that the sales team is distributing goods to all customer found within the sales route 
• Implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, including branding, positioning, and pricing.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the marketing team to deliver on campaigns and initiatives. 
• Prepare and maintain the marketing budget and ensure resources are effectively allocated.
• Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, both traditional and digital.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and collaborate with key partners. Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual division performance report
• Perform any additional activities given by his/her immediate supervisor

Required skills and competencies

• Proven track record in initiating, developing and executing successful marketing programs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to track and prepare marketing and sales performance report.
• Deep understanding of customer relationship management.
• Qualification: BA degree or MBA in marketing management or marketing and sales or business management or management or Accounting or Accounting and finance or any other relevant profession. 
• Work experience: 6 (six) years and above for BA degree and 4(four) years and above for MBA experience in the area.
