Salary: Per Company Scale

Educational Background:
• BSc degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management or related fields

Work Experience:
• 4 years relevant experience.

Specific Experience:
• Worked for 1 year as an Office Engineer
• Worked for 1 year as an Assistant RE

Responsibilities:
• Site supervision coordination and planning to ensure all supervision activities are organized and executed efficiently.
• Quality and compliance monitoring to verify work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Documentation and reporting skills including supervision logs, progress reports, and communication records.
• Team coordination and communication to align engineers, inspectors, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Issue resolution and workflow management to identify site problems early and coordinate timely corrective actions.

Software Proficiency:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Primavera, MS Project
• BIM taken as an advantage
