Position: Design and Supervision Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities:
• Develops and implements quality assurance and control plans.
• Establishes benchmarks, inspection methods, and review checklists for quality control.
• Conducts design reviews, audits, and evaluations.
• Monitors supervision activities for adherence to quality standards.
• Reviews and verifies testing and inspection reports.
• Provides technical advice and corrective guidance to project teams.
• Prepares and submits quality performance reports to management.
• Promotes continual improvement and standardization of QA/QC systems across departments.
• Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and ethical requirements in all business operations.
• Foster collaboration, communication, and coordination among all departments and project stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental protection in all company activities.
• Ensure that all activities and operations are executed in alignment with top management directions, policies, and strategic objectives.

Salary: Per Company Scale

Educational Background:
MSc/BSc degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related fields

Work Experience:
• 8/10 years and above relevant experience out of which 2 years in managerial position

Specific Experience:
• Worked as a Quality or Design Manager for at least two years

Soft Skills:
• Inspires teams, communicates effectively, and problem-solves quickly
• Supports supervision with practical input
• Quality-focused and team-oriented
• Leadership

Software Proficiency:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, MS Excel
• Quality certification is a plus
