Position: Senior Cost and Payment Follow-up Engineer

Required No.: 1

Educational Background:
• BSc degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related fields

Work Experience:
• 8 years and above relevant experience out of which 2 years’ experience in similar position

Specific Experience:
• Worked as Senior Contract Engineer out of which two years of managerial/team lead position

Technical Skills and Competencies:
• Cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis for accurate project cost control.
• Payment verification, certification, and collection follow-up to ensure timely disbursement and recovery of project funds.
• Strong contract, BOQ, and claims management skills for evaluating variations and financial compliance.
• Financial reporting and documentation including expenditure tracking, cash-flow updates, and payment status logs.
• Effective coordination and communication with contractors, clients, and finance teams to resolve payment issues and improve collection efficiency.

Software Proficiency:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS-Project, PRIMAVERA
